
Lab, office
space in Bristol prepped for life sciences
BRISTOL – Redevelopment of a Bristol
Township parcel, which once housed Rohm and Haas Co. Inc.
research laboratories, is expected to begin in April.
The $19 million project being undertaken by
Keystone Redevelopment LLC involves the convsion of 170,000
square feet of existing lab and office space for reuse by
life science companies and the addition of 60,000 square
feet of new industrial flex space in the Bridge
Business Center, located off of Route 413.

Keystone Redevelopment Group Receives $6 million from the
State
of Pennsylvania Building PA Program
HARRISBURG – Governor Edward G. Rendell
today said the state will help build new businesses, create
additional new jobs and construct affordable housing with
a $24 million investment from its “Building PA”
program.
The money will be dispersed through seven
new regional fund managers, which were approved today by
the Commonwealth Financing Authority.

Office Park may receive new life

A Doylestown development group, which brought new life to
Bristol, seeks to bring high-end medical research firms
to Rohm and Haas. The Keystone Redevelopment Group hopes
to reconstruct and expand upon the office park near Route
413 and River Road in Bristol Township.
