Bridge Business Center, set on a 30 acre campus in Bucks

from New York City to Washington D.C. Public transportation
provides employees many convenient options to reach the
Bridge Business Center from northern New Jersey/New York,
Philadelphia and Delaware, including Amtrack and Septa R7
rail line service, connected via the Bristol Rush express
bus from the SEPTA train station. In addition, Bridge Business
Center is within a 45 minute drive of 10 major colleges

This state designated Keystone Innovation
Zone is part of the Bucks County BIO-KIZ and a local real
estate tax abatement program (LERTA), abating future real
estate tax assessments based on new improvements over a
5 year period. There are additional state and local financial
