Project included a $5.5 million mixed-use redevelopment project located at the gateway of the central business district in historic Bristol Borough, PA. The underutilized building was formerly the Grand Theater and housed a used-office furniture business.

Project involved the adaptive reuse of four separate, adjacent buildings, including the theater, and a total 70,000 square feet. Included in the project were nine (9) residential condominiums, 20,000 square feet of new retail space and 30,000 square feet of commercial office space. Tenants and owners of building include new retail operations, family medical practice, medical labs, bio-tech companies, insurance and engineering companies.

Location: Jenkintown, PA

Project included a $6 million renovation of more than 70,000 square feet of commercial space located in the central business district of Jenkintown, PA. Through collaborative efforts between the developer, merchants and the borough, a new Town Square, which included a municipal parking lot and public gathering area, became the focal point for the revitalization of this once, bustling economic and commercial center. New retail merchants, businesses and professional services located again in the center of Jenkintown as a result of this project and the borough’s revitalization plans. Over 100 jobs were created and an increased tax base was generated, increasing revenues for the borough and school district.
