Unilife Medical Solutions, Inc. - York, PA
Keystone Redevelopment Group LLC, was selected to finance and develop the new construction of Unilife’s custom-built, global headquarters and commercial production facility in York, Pennsylvania. The facility is designed to accommodate UnifilTM automated assembly lines with a combined annual capacity of 360 million units per year, as well as the UnitractTM 1ml automated assembly line and other contract manufacturing systems. This project consists of 140,000 square feet of manufacturing, lab and office space. Unilife Medical Solutions Inc., a NASDAQ listed U.S. based medical device company is focused on the design, development, manufacture and supply of a proprietary range of retractable syringes.

project will consist of the redevelopment of 300,000 square
feet of world class laboratory and office space and the
construction of 60,000 square feet of new industrial flex

Chicago Heights, Illinois –
Industrial Brownfield Redevelopment
 Keystone
Redevelopment Group, LLC acquired a 35 acres Brownfield
site in Cook County, Chicago Heights, Illinois from Rohm
& Haas to redevelop a 400,000 square feet former industrial
site into an advanced manufacturing and industrial center.
KRG will renovate an existing building for
Behr Process Corporation’s (Behr Paints) Midwest manufacturing
facility that includes 200,000 square feet of manufacturing
and office space. Nearly $2 million of building improvements
and renovations will be made to secure a long term commitment
from the tenant. A rail served site, KRG intends to redevelop
and construct up to 200,000 square feet of new industrial,
advanced manufacturing and flex space on the balance of
the site.

Patterson, Inc. – New Office and Warehouse Development
Located in a Keystone Opportunity Zone on 7 acres at a former
US Steel mill in Fairless Hills, PA, Keystone is developing
and constructing a new state-of-the-art of office and warehouse
facility for A.L. Patterson, Inc. A.L. Patterson, Inc. provides
the latest technology and solutions for manufacturers of
Prestress, Precast, Architectural, Cast Stone, Concrete
Pipe and Concrete Block and Pavers Masonry products. Keystone
provided services for project development and construction
management related services from feasibility to occupancy.
The site is approved for another 31,000 square feet facility.
