Robert Ventresca is responsible for executive management decisions for Keystone Companies and its related entities.

Management Team

Charles E. Artillio has more than 35 years’ experience in the construction industry where he has served in various capacities ranging from superintendent and project manager to owner and operator of a general construction company. He has worked on and been responsible for multi-million dollar budgets and projects and has proficiently used his expertise with value engineering and cost estimating to complete projects on budget and on time. He is well versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, building codes and regulations and management of a project from design to certificate of occupancy.

Chuck oversees all aspects of construction and project management services for Keystone RE projects and tenant improvements, including preliminary design, budgets, pricing and coordination of contractors.

Gregory A. Ventresca has been involved in real estate development for over 25 years and has been directly involved in the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of over $175 million in real estate. He directs and oversees the marketing, sales and leasing of all development projects for Keystone RE and works closely with tenants and buyers throughout the negotiation process and oversees property management and tenant-landlord issues. Mr. Ventresca has served on served on the Board of Directors for residential and commercial condominium associations.

Mr. Ventresca earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware. He is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bucks County Community College Foundation and the JAG Fund. In addition, Mr. Ventresca has formerly served on the Board of Directors of Doylestown Country Club and the Transportation Management Association of Bucks County.

Robert L. Ventresca is the manager of Keystone RE. He has been developing and investing in real estate for more than 35 years. He directs and manages all legal, financial and administrative transactions pertaining to acquisitions, leasing and commercial development for Keystone RE. Robert has developed a unique insight into the complex issues involved in the redevelopment and financing of real estate projects and has overseen the acquisition and disposition of more than $200 million worth of real estate transactions.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Robert is married and lives with his family in Bucks County, PA.
